    Es gibt ein Update für das Wargaming Game Center.

    Update to v.18.8

    • Added the „Use all computer resources during installation“ setting. If selected, Game Center will speed up the installation process by using all the computer’s resources.
    • Added the „Exit Game Center when I close the main window“ setting.
    • Added tooltips for the icons on the Account balance screen.
    • Bug fixes and stabilization.

    Es gibt ein Update für das Wargaming Game Center.

    Update to v.18.6

    • Multiple accounts, including the accounts for different regions, can now be added to the application. A user can log into several or all accounts added and switch between them if necessary.
    • Information about account balance and the number of Premium days left was added to the user profile.
    • The login time for profiles that are used regularly will be prolonged automatically for 60 days after the latest game session.
    • The „Repairing game“ status was added to the game integrity check process to make the whole process clearer for the user.
    • Minor bugs were fixed and general stabilization work was conducted

    Es gibt ein Update für das Wargaming Game Center.

    Update to v.18.5

    • A new feature for scheduling game updates was added: select time intervals within which the installed games will be updated automatically.
    • A Player Support section was added to the menu: here you’ll be able to quickly create a report with logs if necessary and access the Player Support website, your tickets, and help articles via direct links.
    • A new notification was added: the Game Center will now inform you as soon as a game is ready to play.
    • Minor UX/UI changes and bug fixes.

    Neues Wargaming Kundendienstportal ist live!

    Wargaming hat sein neues Kundesdienstportal veröffentlicht. Eine News dazu gibt es darüber jetzt hier bei uns 🙂

    Die offizielle Meldung dazu lautet:

    Am 30. Januar wurde das neue Kundendienstportal veröffentlicht.

    Beachtet bitte, dass alle E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen nun von einer neuen Wargaming-E-Mail-Adresse verschickt werden: wg-eu@support.wargaming.net

    Euer Kundendienstteam

    Das neue Portal erreicht ihr unter https://eu.wargaming.net/support/de/. Wargaming versucht natürlich dort alle Spiele unter einen Hut zu bekommen, was jedoch auffällt, ist die schlechtere Übersicht für aktuell bekannte Probleme bzw. Meldungen. Dazu muss man erst ein Spiel auswählen und bekommt dort dann aktuelle News/current Issues angezeigt. Leider auch nur zu diesem Titel.

    Dies war vorher meiner Meinung nach defintiv besser gelöst, vor allem war es übersichtlicher und leichter zu erkennen was es an offiziellen Neuigkeiten des Supports gibt.
